Christine has helped us in the selling of one home and the purchase of another. She was very helpful to us since we really were very nervous about the whole thing. She walked us through the steps and pretty much held my hand during the selling process. We had a older home to sell and in this market no one was looking for that kind of home. She stuck through all of my phone calls and e-mails with questions on every aspect. I never felt like I was bothering her, she was right there with the answers and if she did have one she would find one and get right back to us. Christine was at the closing table when we signed to sell our home and explained things when we had questions.
She helped us find the area and the builder of our new wonderful home. Never leaving our side during the planning, the pricing and calling the builder when ever we needed her to give some pressure to get us in the house. During the final work through she knew right were to look and took the time to make sure the house was just right.
Thank you for holding my hand through the most trying time for me. You would think because I work in this business that I would not be so afraid and have so many questions not true, made me more afraid.
